The Child part 2

Did some research on the girl. Turns out Em was right about one thing, black eyed kids have been seen everywhere. But there's more. They are often thought to be spirits of kids that have died in horrible unexpected ways, (fires, drownings, etc,) or disappeared mysteriously. I dug in some more and found that many sightings of a tall, faceless, slender man were seen in areas near black eyed kid sightings. I looked through some town archives and asked around, a young girl disappeared several years ago, last seen in the park. It was presumed she drowned in the park's lake, but no body was ever found.

As I researched, I began to vaguely remember some tales told when I was a child, local Monster legends told by kids, every town has a few, of a dark figure, a local Bogeyman, that was headless ("you look above his neck, and there's nothing there" I remember the story went) that roamed the town at night, snatching children who stayed out too late. This is getting ridiculous.

What's going on?

Hey guys, sorry I haven't posted in a while, busy with school and settling in to my new room. It used to be Charles but, he moved out a couple weeks ago. I haven't talked to him since. I was wondering how he was, until I read his recent post. I've been trying to get a hold of him, but have had no luck. He won't answer my calls, reply to my e-mails and/or text, nothing. I'm starting to get a little worried.
Anyways, after reading his most recent post, I did a little researching, and similar children have supposedly been spotted all over the world. I'll be posting about another monster soon. Until then. Peace out!

The Child

Recently moved out of my parent's house. I finally get a taste of freedom and I'm too scared shitless too enjoy it.
The other night I was walking home, past the park, as I usually do each night after my nighttime jogs, and I heard a child scream. I turned and saw a little girl in a white gown running. I ran to her to ask her what was wrong. First thing I noticed in the yellowish light from the streetlamp, was that her skin was very pale, and her hair was completely white. She was crying, weeping, I bent over and asked her what was wrong. "My mommy told me not to play outside at night". I responded "Where is your mommy?". "I couldn't find her and he got me". "Who got you ?" I asked, fearing the answer. "The Bogeyman got me". After she said that the girl looked up and I saw her eyes. Those eyes were pitch black. There was no white to be seen. I backed away and the light flickered. Where the black eyed girl was standing there was now a tall man in black, with a featureless face white as the moon.

I going to do some research on that girl and the park. Maybe there I'll figure out what's going on.
I'm not going on nighttime jogs anymore.

Bogeyman

There is a being that children fear. His names include, but are not limited to El Cuco, the Sack Man, The Grinning Man, Bloody Bones, and Oude Rode Ogen. He is there and not, exists and yet, doesn't. They know he exists but others do not. He varies in his many forms. These forms change based on area, social climate, local lore, what the people fear. He is the monster we try to forget when we're older. He exists because we think about him. Or do we think of him because he must exist? Somewhere deep down in our brains, in that buried part that still fears the dark, do we know he is real? Fear has no shape. The Bogeyman is Fear.

Figures

Should of known. Em didn't believe me. Thinks I'm crazy I suppose. No one else believes either. None of my friends or family have noticed anything going on, they just think I'm acting weird. Probably am. Having a faceless supernatural stalker tends to do that to a guy. Been checking things out. He left no footprints in the snow. Saw that one coming. Been reading theories on the Thing furiously for the last few days. Some seem plausible, but there's something missing. I wonder. If Slender Man is real, how many of the stories are true as well. Which are victims and which are inspired by the rest. I need to think. A new monster will be posted soon. It seems important now.

Worried.

I'm worried about my brother, Charles. He's been acting really weird lately. He's been all paranoid and jumpy, and I had no idea why, until I read his recent post. Apparently my brother believes in The Slender Man. Yeah, I know it's ridiculous, but he does. I'm going to have a talk with him.

Sorry

I was never supposed to post on this blog this much. It was meant to be my sister's with myself occasionally contributing. But I need an outlet. Weird crap is going on. I have always been a fan of the mythos since the beginning. I watch the vlog with the mysterious masked man. I read the blog involving a notebook and Yggdrasil. I loved that stuff. I always have loved monsters and horror. I considered myself an expert. But this is something different. I don't know whats happening. I never believed in anything without proof before. But I know it's him. He's stalking me. He's real. The Young Slender Bogey Man. An online myth. Or not. Heh. Well I can't say I'm not scared but I'm also excited. I'm a hopeless nerd. I always wanted something more out of life. Well I'm gonna know my enemy. I'm not gonna disappear.

Freaked Out

That's it. I'm officially wierded out. Today, somebody was most definately following me. I was with my friends. We had just dug out my friends truck after he got it stuck from driving like a maniac and were going to go hang out. I saw in the rear view mirror a tall figure wearing a suit. I did not see his face. He was there, and then he was gone. This is the third time I've seen him recently. Creepiest part is, neither of my buddies saw him. I don't know what to think. This is sounding way too much like the stories. This has gotta be a sick prank.

The Wendigo

Today the beast I shall educate you on is the Wendigo. This creature is a spirit believed in by the Algonquian North American Native people. It is a malevolent cannibalistic spirit that roams the north. It appears to be a tall, pale skinned, and cold blue eyed human. It is extremely thin, because it is dead and although it is always searching for human flesh to feed on, it can never be filled. It was believed that anyone who partook in cannibalism, the greatest taboo, would become a wendigo. This was one of the most feared creatures in Algonquian folklore.

Odd

Been staying up too late reading creepypastas lately. Thought I saw someone following me on my way home tonight. Must be freaking myself.

P.S. If you care, I'm Charles, Emma's older brother and the self proclaimed creature expert.

Echida and Typhon

Echidna, The Mother of All Monsters, waist up she was a beautiful woman or nymph, waist down she was a snake. Echidna was the daughter of Tartarus and Gaia. The Geek Hell and Earth.
Then there's her husband, Typhon, The Father of All Monster. He was the largest, most fearsome creature of them all. He was so tall his head reached the stars. His waist up was human and waist down was HUGE viper coils. He had hundreds of dragon heads for hands. Even the mighty gods feared him! Then in a fit of rage Typhon started to destroy cities and hurl mountains, when all the other gods fled, Zeus stood up, and a battle broke lose, ending with Zeus throwing a mountain on him, trapping him. Question, why didn't they just through him in to Tartarus like their other enemies? Answer, they probably couldn't. It was impossible, so they threw a mountain on him to imprison him.
Typhon and Echinda's offspring include, Cerberus, Orthrus, The Nemean Lion, Ladon, The Hydra, and their last child was The Chimera.

Snow!

It's the freaking snowpocalypse! I live in Mexico, Missouri where the blizzard of 2011 hit, HARD! This is the most snow I've seen in my whole life! I will probably post some pictures later, but first I want to tell you about this dream I had.
It started with me in a forest with snow coming down lightly, I twirled around catching snow drops on my tongue, like I did when I was a little girl. Then I heard children's laughter. I saw a little girl she waved towards me smiling. Then ran off. I ran after her into darkness. I fell and felt something coming towards me. Then I woke up.
Got to go. Peace.
